This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Osceola County Court Docket is privately operated. We cannot retrieve a docket, change or confirm a court date, seal or remove a case, issue a certified copy, accept a filing, or give legal advice. Those requests must go to the clerk or court with the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the official route that fits the type of Osceola County matter. A public online result is not a substitute for the court's official file.
- Public case history: start with MiCOURT Case Search, then contact the court of record for confirmation or copies.
- A 49th Circuit criminal or civil name search: ask the County Clerk about its clerk-performed search service and identify the name and court.
- A current court date: check the Michigan public Court Display, then confirm the setting with the responsible clerk.
- A 77th District traffic matter: contact the traffic clerk at (231) 832-6155, option 3; the district court lists Megan Morgan as traffic clerk.
- A certified or plain court copy: state the court, case number, and product requested so the clerk can confirm public status, fee, and delivery method.
For county-level circuit records and County Clerk services, contact Tracey Cochran, Osceola County Clerk, 301 W. Upton Avenue, Reed City, MI 49677; phone (231) 832-3261; email clerk@osceolacountymi.gov. The County Clerk posts office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those are office hours, so confirm the appropriate counter or record process before traveling.
MCR 8.119 and MCR 1.109 govern Michigan state-court records. Michigan FOIA is the route for many city administrative records, not a replacement for contacting the court clerk about a docket or case file.
